We offer two pathways for students and fresh graduates to gain real-world experience in the engineering industry:
Join us for a structured 3–6 month internship designed for undergraduate students. You'll be embedded in real project teams working across mechanical engineering, electrical & instrumentation, vibration monitoring, fiber optics, and business development. Gain practical exposure that goes far beyond the classroom.
Our 6–12 month OJT programme is tailored for fresh graduates seeking in-depth, hands-on training. You'll go through defined learning milestones in asset performance management, on-site machining, HSE, fiber optic installation, and predictive maintenance — with direct mentorship from senior specialists.
